A position has arisen in a plastic recycling company in our Production/Logistics and Administration Department for a Admin/Reception on a full-time basis. The company is based in the Alberton Alrode area and is seeking a dynamic individual with at least one year of relevant experience.
The purpose of the job is to:
- Welcome clients/visitors.
- Assist the Management with daily tasks.
- Assist with limited HR functions for General Staff members.
- Assist with clocking and general staff member planning.
- Assist with issuing of stock, both fuel and maintenance spares.
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Handle correspondence and communications.
- Maintain organized records and files.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Take calls and down messages.
- Attend to all office administration.
- Respond to emails.
Non-negotiables:
- Matric.
- Some relevant tertiary qualification is a PLUS.
- No less than 1 year of Receptionist/Administration experience.
- Strong administration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong typing skills.
- Computer literate.
- Energetic.
