A position has arisen in a plastic recycling company in our Production/Logistics and Administration Department for a Admin/Reception on a full-time basis. The company is based in the Alberton Alrode area and is seeking a dynamic individual with at least one year of relevant experience.

The purpose of the job is to:

Welcome clients/visitors.
Assist the Management with daily tasks.
Assist with limited HR functions for General Staff members.
Assist with clocking and general staff member planning.
Assist with issuing of stock, both fuel and maintenance spares.
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Handle correspondence and communications.
Maintain organized records and files.
Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exhibit excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Take calls and down messages.
Attend to all office administration.
Respond to emails.

Non-negotiables:

Matric.
Some relevant tertiary qualification is a PLUS.
No less than 1 year of Receptionist/Administration experience.
Strong administration skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong typing skills.
Computer literate.
Energetic.
