What to Expect
- Efficiently administer and update client records to ensure accessibility and accuracy
- Respond to client queries via phone and email, providing timely and informed support to enhance client satisfaction
- Oversee insurance processes to ensure compliance and timely renewals
- Serve as the contact point for solicitors, providing necessary documentation and information for legal matters
- Prepare and distribute accurate monthly payment reports to the legal team
- Manage invoicing, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections
- Assist in managing governance and risk aspects, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies
- Collaborate to identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions, ensuring audit compliance and easy retrieval

What You Bring
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Experience and skills
- At least 5 years of hands-on administrative experience in a professional setting. Experience in property finance is highly advantageous
