Our Gen Z consulting division ThredMedia.com, helps brands, agencies and research houses understand and connect with young audiences in innovative, planet-positive ways.Tell me about the role?As Thred Media’s Account Executive, you'll generate new business, manage client interactions, and oversee the sales process, from initial outreach to strategy formulation.You will also be client-facing, providing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual deliverables. With support from the team, our clients will look to you for comms, account guidance, and brand consultancy. You’ll support the client process and the marketing team from pitching to delivering and everything in between.Primary:Research potential clients and agencies, develop targeted email campaigns, and manage communications throughout the sales funnelIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market trendsCommunicate with clients via email, instant messaging platforms, phone and video callsConsult clients on brand initiatives, content, events, strategies, and moreShare client information and briefs with the team, liaising between departments to complete projectsCollaborate with other creative, marketing, production, and publishing team members to develop on-brand, on-brief contentTrack, monitor, and report account coverage, regularly sharing with the team milestones, flags, and updatesReceive and assess client feedback to continuously work toward client satisfactionPractice problem-solving techniques to address client concernsSecondary:Assisting with social media and production teams as and whenIdentify upselling opportunities within the current or future scope of workServe as a brand ambassador and connecting with our audiences onlineDevelop content for paid marketing campaigns, execute the strategyAnalyse performance metrics for LinkedIn, Substack and social media postsWe're looking for:A marketing degree or equivalent experienceExperience with CRM and creative tools such as Hubspot, SalesForce, Apollo.io, RocketReach, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite1+ years experience with a robust understanding of sales and marketingEffective planning, coordinating and organisational skillsStrong copywriting and proofreading skillsAn up-to-date knowledge of social media and marketing trendsEnthusiastic and positive team player – we’re a small team and are looking for someone proactive and keen to get stuck in!Work Schedule:Full Time10am-6pmHybrid (WFH Mondays & Fridays)Salary & Benefits£25,000 - £30,000 DOE28 days holiday including bank holidaysBar Cart Thursdays (cocktails, alcohol-free beverages, snacks etc)Central London office - five/ten minute walk from Bond Street, Green Park and Oxford Circus stationsSound like you?
