MDE are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our a fast-paced team in Stoke-on-Trent! If you are a strategic leader with a passion for customer service, this role offers the perfect blend of hands-on management and leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Customer Service and Order Processing departments, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints, driving proactive solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor teams, conducting performance reviews and fostering a positive environment.
- Develop and implement structured processes to improve efficiency and service levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar office management role, ideally within a customer service-driven environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing a proactive team culture.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
