Are you the right person for the job?

No experience necessary full training provided!
A good general education, including GCSE English and Maths
Confidence using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Strong communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach
Ability to work with initiative, patience, and common sense
A cheerful attitude and an excellent sense of humour

What will your role look like?

Scheduling review and advice meetings for our clients
Communicating with insurance companies and fund providers to obtain up-to-date valuations
Liaising with clients via phone, email, post, and in person to answer queries, process new business, and support existing plans
Processing applications on our back-office system and provider platforms
Keeping our systems and client records accurate and up to date
Managing a diary system to ensure timely actions are taken
