WHO YOU ARE
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Business Development with a robust background in the security segment. Business Development focus will be on fixed-location verticals, including infrastructure, solar and large retailers.
The ideal candidate has +15 years of experience and brings with him/her an extensive list of valuable business contacts within the industry. This network is crucial for establishing and maintaining high-level partnerships and securing new business opportunities in this role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand AURA’s market presence in South Africa
- High-Level Client Acquisition: Leverage an extensive network to secure high-value business partnerships, ensuring alignment with AURA’s growth objectives
- Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth
- Leadership and Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, aligning sales eorts with organizational goals
- Innovative Sales Strategy: Develop and oversee execution of sales strategies tailored to the South African market
