- You will provide leadership, coordination, planning and management for Corporate Sustainability within the Global Warehousing Solutions organization
- You are key in building up collaboration and maintaining strong connection with the individual dedicated Key person (or Teams) of the Warehousing Solutions as well as with Rhenus Group Sustainability, to ensure sustainability management is performed
- You prepare reports on progresses, provide insights on Sustainability topics (to the WS-GSC) and keep on developing and implementing methods to tackle different challenges
- You build up partnerships, collaborate and maintain relations and work effectively cross-departmental with internal and external stakeholders
- You link Sustainability to the organization for strategic development- and decision-making purposes
- You ensure to continue on the existing and already determined WS Sustainability Framework (also for the Social pillar)
- You provide structure and insight into the different duties in the context of Sustainability regarding advise, responsibility and accountability
- You prepare and propose policy, definitions and objectives on Sustainability
- You ensure consolidations- and projections are provided and calculated
- You align and communicate targets and foster countries multi-year planning development
- You track and review progress towards key target milestones as determined
- Good understanding of corporate sustainability as a comprehensive concept for ESG Management
- Strong analytical skills and understanding in making calculations on CO2 emissions regarding the different scopes, including the accompanied categories, as defined in GHG Protocol for Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3
- Knowledge on relevant applications regarding calculating CO2 (for example CoZero)
- A good understanding of Warehousing Solutions as an organization and what it entails
- Understands the different levels of hierarchy of the organization
- Knowledge Stakeholder Management (internal- external)
- Is informed about the GHG Protocol and reporting standards e.g., Global Reporting standards (GRI), ESRS, SBTi, etc.
