The Information Security Management (ISM) team of ODDO BHF has the task to protect the business and their customers against Cybercrime and enable digital innovation in a safe IT environment.
The Information Security Governance team which is part of the Information Security Management (ISM) team is looking for an Intern to support its functions.
The Information Security Governance working student reports to the Head of Information Security Governance and can take part in the following activities:
- Organizing and steering the cybersecurity awareness campaign
- Reviewing and maintaining the cybersecurity policy framework in compliance to the ISO 2700x and regulatory requirements (MaRisk, BAIT, ACPR Arrêté and Notice, EBA Guidelines, SWIFT CSP…)
- Coordinating and writing new and revised policies as part of the Cybersecurity policy framework
- Coordinating audits and assessments and synchronizing with service providers, Information security teams, Internal Audit department and IT teams
- Centralizing and following up on cybersecurity findings (regulatory, audits, pentest…) and managing delivery by the Information security and IT teams
- Developing and coordinating the reporting capabilities (monthly indicators, information Security risks and treatment, threat landscape, projects evolution…) in Cybersecurity to the intention of relevant stakeholders and Boards
- Evaluating the Information Security maturity for the Group entities and supporting them in implementing cybersecurity measures
- Responding to cybersecurity assessments from Clients and partners
- A bachelor's or a master's degree
- Understanding of cyber security concepts and technology and knowledge about cybersecurity regulatory requirements and norms
- Skills in project management

- Business-fluent in German and English, French language skills are a plus
Your team and your environment
The Information Security Management (ISM) team is composed of 50 people with different areas of expertise in cybersecurity across three countries: France, Germany and Tunisia. It is also in contact with Group entities in other locations (Switzerland, United States).
The skills you will develop
This position will allow you to acquire a 360 degrees view of cybersecurity topics due to its central position in the Information Security Management (ISM) team. The reporting and awareness raising responsibilities will also allow to interact with various departments. Furthermore, the Information Security Management within the ODDO BHF Group is constantly evolving in order to respond to threats and regulatory requirements, allowing you to fully develop your analytical skills and sense of initiative.
