*Role Description*
This is a part-time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role will support parent-led cases for Catalight clients. This role will be in-person working at the home of the client.
*Job Duties*
This role will include the following job duties:
* Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses.
* Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients.
* Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment reports.
* Adhere to ethical standards and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
*Qualifications*
This role requires the following qualifications:
* Current BCBA certification
* Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in applied behavior analysis and autism intervention.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The following requirements need to be submitted before you can accept clients:
* *Vaccinations* - Required vaccinations: Rubella (2-series child/1-series adult), Rubeola (2-series child/1-series adult), Mumps (2-series child/1-series adult), Varicella (2-series), Hepatitis B (3-series) (Declination acceptable), Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable).
* *Physical capabilities form* - Practitioners need to obtain written statements by an authorized party: Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA), or a Licensed Chiropractor indicating that they are physically capable of performing Services. The exam is intended to look for signs of communicable disease focusing on the skin, lungs, face, mouth and eyes as well as validating the ability of the Practitioner to perform the physical requirements of the job the practitioner holds with the Provider. Exam and Physical Capability must be specific to the role the Practitioner is in and conducted at time of onboarding/employment starting with the Provider. The statement must be signed and dated by the individual conducting the examination and include their credentials. See sample form: .
* *Auto Insurance *- Proof of current auto insurance.
* *FBI/DOJ fingerprinting (background check)* - Department of Justice (DOJ) live-scan criminal record background check prior to them servicing Clients and throughout employment. The DOJ checks must ensure that the Practitioner has either no criminal convictions, or that any criminal convictions have been individually assessed and documented to have no direct and adverse relationship with the duties of the clinical role. * *Proof of Education* - Copy of Transcript: High School for BTs.
* *TB test conducted within three months prior to start date* - Negative TB test must be conducted within three months prior to start date with CCS clients, and TB test must be conducted if practitioner is exposed to TB, according to CDC guidance for Health Care Professionals.
* *Emergency Information* - Emergency contact information should include name, phone number and relationship to the Practitioner.
* *Permission to Disclose Health Screening Medical Information* - A signed written authorization. , to be sent via PandaDoc.
