Job Duties
Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main care giver by providing necessary support for all activities of daily living
Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests
Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team
Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs
Qualifications
Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in the state of PA upon hire.
Have experience in the long-term care setting or the drive to work in a fast paced environment
Treat each resident with care, compassion, and respect
Are patient team players with the ability to adapt to easily to change
Communicate effectively with the residents you care for as well as the nursing team
