The Call Center Agent reports to our Call Center Team Lead and is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with our prospective customers, always taking a friendly, professional, and ethical approach. The Call Center Agent will follow a script to determine the potential customer’s need for our products and services, while building excitement and urgency to partner with Window Nation.
Core Role Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments for our sales team
Exercise judgment and make timely decisions to promote smooth workflow
Overcome customer objections to maximize the quality and quantity of sales appointments
Manage appointments for the sales team including rescheduling, and cancelations
Adhere to a proven script to set customer sales appointments
Make decisions on lead eligibility by qualifying lead requirements
Enter data in our system with the highest level of accuracy
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
1+ years in a food service or customer service-oriented field
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with MS Dynamics
Proven ability to be successful in a fast paced, dynamic environment
1+ years of telemarketing experience
Availability between 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM and on weekends
