Flow Automotive of Wilmington is seeking an Assistant Parts Manager.
The Assistant Parts manager is responsible for running a profitable and efficient parts department. The retail parts manager will accomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, pricing, merchandising and advertising.
Requirements include:
Assisting to Forecast goals, review sales figures, costs and stock monthly to ensure budget benchmarks are met.
Develop, enforce and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Strong computer proficiency.
E-commerce experience.
Ensure that the computer system and prices are kept up to date.
Manage Parts Department employees. Ensure that they follow assigned work schedules and adhere to company policy.
Establish and maintain programs designed to train, develop and motivate department employees
Oversee parts payment collection and billing.
Develop and administer an aggressive wholesale parts program to produce a profit.
Ensure parts and accessories are available for resale
Strive for harmony and teamwork with all other departments to achieve common goals.
Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that may affect parts sales
Provide technical assistance to parts department employees
Valid driver's license
Parts managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
Enforce safety requirements and all federal, state and local regulations that may affect parts
