We’re seeking an Account Coordinator-3PL-Web Incentives to support our growing team. The Account Coordinator is responsible for the administration of third-party logistics and incentives website fulfillment for designated accounts. This position ensures that all orders are processed smoothly, data is organized and maintained and provides exceptional service to the account contacts and end users. This position reports to the Sr. Account Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Handle client calls and inquiries, ensure orders are processed efficiently and manage product life cycles.
Manage product setup, POs and ASNs for third-party logistics customers as well as consigned goods for incentive website customers.
Work with the logistics team to ensure accuracy of inbound inventory.
Maintain and organize account data and related customer information.
Become a product expert and work with the customer and our logistics team to handle receiving and shipping issues as well as shipping deadlines.
General data entry and clerical duties

Requirements:
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Basic knowledge of process and workflow management
Excellent Attention to Detail
Ability to proactively troubleshoot and make recommendations for process improvement.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to build rapport with customers
Professional phone presence
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required
Knowledge of P21 or other ERM system a plus
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
