*Your impact as a Lead Mobile Phlebotomist is vital.* You will assist Vitalant’s donor care team as a lead in creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donor volunteers, most days you’ll conduct a blood drive around town in one of our buses; other days you’ll interact with donors at one of our local donation centers. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

*As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you’ll get to: *
* Function as an operational lead, supporting staff with interviewing and phlebotomy processes, and providing coaching when needed.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for blood drive coordinators on-site
* Coordinate the set up and breakdown of equipment for mobile blood drives.
* Ensure the comfort and information of blood donors during phlebotomy process.
* Assist the Manager or Supervisor in providing direction and/or supervision of Donor Care Technicians, providing input for employee performance evaluations.
* Drive company vehicles including vans, buses to drive sites
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
* Active driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Ability to complete and pass CDL license program
* Ability to travel as required
* Successful completion of supervisory training program within six months
* Two years phlebotomy experience preferred
