*Horizon Health*, the nation’s largest operator of hospital based behavioral health services, in partnership with CarolinaEast Health System in *New Bern, NC is* seeking a *Therapist* for its Partial Hospitalization Behavioral Health Program.
Responsibilities include treatment planning and discharge planning, 20 hours of group therapy per week, as well as occasional individual and family sessions. Participates in referral development processes and activities as requested.

*REQUIREMENTS:*
* A Master’s Degree form an accredited college with a major in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work.
* Must have a valid state license as required by North Carolina in which the Mental Health Therapist will be providing services (LMHC, LMHC-A, LCSW, LCSW-A).
* Minimum of one-year experience in a similar position or industry.
