*As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.*
*As an RN, you will:*
* Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
* Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
* Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
* Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
* Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
* Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation.
* Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations.
*You Currently:*
* Possess a current RN license in good standing.
* Typical candidates have 1 year of providing supervision in healthcare. New grads are encouraged to apply!
