FULL TIME HIRE FOR THIRD SHIFT INVENTORY CONTROL SUPERVISOR AT OUR RUSSELL'S POINT, OHIO LOCATION
Schedule: 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Must be willing to work the following:
Tuesday Evening 10:30 p.m. - Saturday Morning 7:00 a.m.

Other duties may be assigned as needed to help maintain a positive and productive work atmosphere. - EVERYONE works as one TEAM!
Training available for FORKLIFT and TOW BUGGY Operation, IF REQUIRED for certain positions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The associate is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle items and or feel.
Reach with hands and arms.
The associate may frequently need to stoop, kneel or crouch.
The associate may regularly lift and or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally move 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities for this position include, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn and use Microsoft Navision.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
DESCRIPTION:
Performs daily cycle counts on all warehouse inventories
Researches and resolves missing inventory issues, adjust inventory as necessary
Authorizes backorders as needed
Assist Warehouse associates in locating, obtaining, stacking and moving materials and products
The associate must be able to stand on their feet in one spot and/or walking a lot back and forth during the process.
MUST be team oriented as well as self-motivated and self-sufficient. Bring a positive attitude into work each day with the mindset to perform all customer requirements.
Marks materials with identifying information.
Opens bales, crates, and other containers
Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed
Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
Arranges stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.
