What you’ll do:
The Brass Tacks
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Greeting, thanking and delivering excellent guest service
• Describe menu options and be knowledgeable about beverage products to make appropriate recommendations to guests
• Money handling, making change and handling credit card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment
• Follow all opening and closing procedures
The Nitty Gritty
• Previous barista experience in a similar environment strongly preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to clearly and effectively communicate
• Basic math skills required for accurate money handling
• Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s)

Knowledgeable local Guides fill The Wren, waiting to advise guests on personalized hot spots to visit, whether that's the perfect pint, the best hiking or biking trail, or the recommended water to hit based on the time of year.
