We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to potential customers at their homes working alongside our route technicians. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Hourly base wage: $18 per hour
Wage Range: $18 - $30 per hour (hourly base plus commissions)
Key Responsibilities:
Knock on doors and engage with potential customers around where our technicians are servicing customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Introduce and explain our products/services, highlighting their features and benefits.
Address any questions or concerns that potential customers may have.
Close sales deals and process customers accurately.
Meet or exceed weekly sales targets.
Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, including leads generated, sales closed, and customer feedback.
