Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist (CHT): The Orthopaedic Center – Tulsa **Potential for leadership opportunity if desired.**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85k-$105k/yr. commensurate with experience. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. No weekends.
Work setting: Outpatient Clinic

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Developing individualized treatment plans for patients
Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan
Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
Recording patients’ progress and modifying the plan of care if needed
Educating patients and family members about the recovery process

Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of practice
Hand Therapy Certification required
