Overview:Salary range: $95,000 - $120,000 annually.

As a member of the Project Delivery Services team, the Business Analyst provides system and analytical support between various cross-matrix technology portfolios and supports the successful delivery of critical goals and overall process optimization, improvement, and transformation efforts through technology. The person in this role designs business use cases, project implementation requirements, high-level project estimations, and ensures that overall process improvement standards align with predefined success criteria. The Business Analyst is also responsible for assessing business analytic and reporting needs, leading digital transformation efforts and driving business excellence in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s core values.
Responsibilities:
* Drives the development of portfolio and enterprise-level solutions from inception and use case development through solution identification and user acceptance, ensuring continuity and iteration of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Facilitates all use case and requirement gathering activities and ceremonies to document and develop functional business requirements and success criteria.
* Gathers information and historical artifacts for the definition of requirements, business use cases and user stories.
* Examines existing business system data flows, evaluating system specifications for business requirements, and making recommendations for improvements.
* Develops a gap plan strategy along with a roadmap to assist in migration from current to future state.
* Leads discussions on alternative analysis to facilitate the decision-making processes, including the analysis of balancing risk and reward considerations.
* Defines future state requirements and provides creative solutions based on input from all applicable stakeholders.
* Ensures adherence to and evolves enterprise standards for gathering, documenting, and prioritizing project requirements, ensuring complete traceability.
* Identifies and establishes appropriate testing requirements and metrics to validate that business requirements are met (e.g., performance metrics, process deliverables, traceability, and business value).
* Monitors and triages testing defects and performs root cause analysis against documented requirements.
* Performs reviews with all stakeholders to obtain approval/sign-off of project requirement documents or walkthroughs.
* Ensures effective, consistent, streamlined communication between the Business Technology department, Project Delivery Services, technical vendors, and other appropriate stakeholders.
* Identifies and proposes continuous improvement efforts to optimize and enhance the overall Project Services and Business Technology delivery capability.
* Collaborates with subject matter experts to share the vision and analyze potential modifications.
* Creates documentation to validate processes, facilitate training and support cross-training.

Qualifications:*Education**:* High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree or coursework in information technology, information services, management information systems, or related field is preferred. PMI-BA®, BABOK Certification (ECBA), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM or ASM) preferred.

Experience**:* Five years’ business process and/or systems analysis or data analysis experience required. Bachelor’s Degree in related field may be considered in lieu of some experience.

* Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies as well as waterfall and hybrid project methodologies.

* Competency in Microsoft 365, including Teams collaborations, and exceptional skills in Microsoft Office and Visio required.
* Knowledge of SIPOC, ERD, BPMN Process Mapping & Data Flow Mapping.
* Familiarity with EDW, Microsoft Power BI, Power App, Power Automate desired but not required.
*Attendance**:* This full-time position requires the ability to be present and available during business hours to meet company and department needs. Additional hours or flexible schedule may be required.
