We are looking for a Quality Performance Specialist to join us in leading our organization forward.

McLaren Physician Partners is a joint venture partnership between the McLaren healthcare System and our Physician members. Our focus is to support physician offices in all aspects of care delivery and operations including clinical integration, contracting, quality, care coordination and care management, across all settings.
Position Summary:
Under the guidance of the Manager of Quality, is responsible for implementing and facilitating physician and practice performance improvement for the assigned region, including evaluation of current performance, planning improvement initiatives and ongoing measurement of physician performance and analysis of quality metrics and processes.
This is a hybrid position with requirements to travel to provider offices in the East Lansing, MI area.

Qualifications:
Required:
Associate Degree in Health Care or a current Certifications in a recognized two-year health care program related to physician practice and clinical support operations.
Three (3) years of hands on outpatient office or ambulatory care experience.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in a medical or health related field.
RN with a valid unrestrictive Michigan license.
Patient Centered Medical Home champion in a practice or plan setting.
