Seasonal DC Flex employees are where the rubber hits the road, serving our customers by delivering high-quality order fulfillment, and creating the Q experience in every box shipped. Our customers have very high expectations of the QBP experience. Your job will be to make sure that every order that leaves the building reflects our high standards.
Expected Hiring Needs: Weekdays, Part-Time approximately 20/hrs per week for closing shift - Availability on Mondays is required
Pick, Pack, Label, and Replenish.* [80%]
Work in collaboration with robots for order fulfillment and replenishing product
Packing of product to Q standards
Labeling boxes for shipping
May include truck loading with RF, cycle counts, and receiving
Apply shipping labels and insert pack slips
Inspects materials, products, and containers at each step of the packaging process to ensure standards of quality are maintained.
Ensuring that the warehouse space is well-organized and clean
Distribution Center upkeep and maintenance. * [10%]
Hand-operated jacks and equipment operations. * [5%]
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned. [5%]

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 16 years of age or older
Attention to detail; maintains accuracy and quality of work in a team environment
Work effectively under pressure, respond positively to change, attention to detail, attendance, etc.
Willingness to take initiative and work effectively without close supervision
Works safely and engages in continuous improvement
Strong organization skills with the ability to work quickly and effectively
Be respectful and considerate to fellow employees
Ability to learn and use software and hardware used in the shipping department

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic computer skills including operation of Radio Frequency (RF) devices and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.

Physical Requirements
The ability to pass a physical and human performance evaluation (HPE)
Able to lift 55 pounds repetitively and to stand and walk for long periods of time
Bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
Able to occasionally lift 100lbs
Ability to wear company-provided cut-resistant gloves for the entire shift
