We are hiring a Call Center Operator to provide our clients with the highest level of support by routing their calls to the appropriate party, tracking itineraries and taking messages when necessary. No sales involved, just premier customer service.
This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule (two days remote per week) after training. Training schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
Two shifts available (after completion of training):
SHIFT ONE:
Monday - Friday 11:00am - 7:00pm
SHIFT TWO:
Monday - Wednesday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday 8:00 - 5:30pm
Minimum experience and education required: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred clerical/office experience that included communicating with public, both in person and via telephone.
