Dining Services Director
Newhaven Court at Lindwood is looking for a culinary professional that is team and people oriented to lead our Dining Department in our Senior Living Community, Newhaven Court at Lindwood in Greensburg, PA.

Salary: $54,000 - $56,000 per year + Bonuses
Expectations:
Provide strong leadership and guidance to team members
Meal planning, preparation and cooking
Proactively order and track food items and supplies
Creatively plan and prepare a menu for special events
Maintain strict compliance with all food and safety regulations (federal, state and company)
Create an upbeat and social atmosphere that enhances the dining experience
Have a positive attitude and be willing to assist residents when needed
Qualifications:
Five (5) years of progressive Dining Service/Culinary experience
A minimum of two (2) years experience in management/supervision of team members
H.S. Diploma or GED is required
Culinary, Hospitality or Management degree is preferred
Food Service certification is preferred
