*JOB OVERVIEW:*
Protech Medical is seeking professional and dedicated Marketing Representatives to join our team. We are looking for candidates in the Chattanooga area with a background in respiratory services or durable medical equipment.
As a Protech sales professional, you will be responsible for face-to-face sales meetings, establishing and maintaining relationships with referrals sources including doctors, hospitals, sleep labs, skilled nursing, home health, and other sources in the medical community. You will be expected to meet or exceed your monthly sales quota and maintain great working relationships with key referral sources. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, a strong commission structure, and a comprehensive benefits package.

*Duties & Responsibilities include:*
1. Regular, reliable and predictable on-site attendance. Territory to cover 4 days in East TN (Chattanooga and Knoxville areas) and 1 day in Middle TN.
2. Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, and patient protocols. Comply with all current government regulations and professional standards respecting patient care.
3. Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the Branch and all applicable insurance guidelines respecting eligibility for coverage and reimbursement.
4. Manage his/her territory to reach revenue and service goals.
5. Educate all customers and referral sources in the HME products and services offered by the Branch.
6. Educate fellow Branch employees on the features and benefits of HME and respiratory equipment as well as applicable safety factors as requested.
7. Maintain rapport with ordering physicians.
8. Process all orders in a timely, accurate manner.
9. Promote services and products to all referral sources in the community through direct and ongoing contact. Responsible to call upon all major referral sources on an ongoing basis, at least once a weekly.
10. Assume on-call responsibilities (if required) during non-business hours in accordance with Company policy as needed for referral sources
11. Ability to procure all necessary documentation in order to process orders cleanly on the front end.
12. Ability to work all designated spreadsheet weekly to help maintain continuous flow of documentation to help process claims timely.
13. All other duties as assigned
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*
1. Minimum of sales/marketing degree or clinical.
2. If no degree, then a minimum of three years as a marketing representative in healthcare
3. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
4. Demonstrates leadership ability, confidence and ability to motivate others.
5. Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
6. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as deemed necessary
7. Must carry personal liability insurance with a minimum limit of 100,000
8. Courteous Customer Service (internally and externally)
9. Most love helping people (both internally an externally)
10. High level attention to detail and ability to multi-task
11. Positive influence on all co-workers and referral sources
12. Able to manage multiple priorities and close the loop when interrupted
13. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft products.
14. Must be able to pass background requirements and drug screenings
15. Must have valid driver’s license with proof of clean driving record

* Occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs
* Ability to stoop, bend over, kneel, sit or stand for extended periods of times as needed to meet customer’s needs
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. The employee is required to sit and stand.
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
* Ability to move around hospitals and doctors offices which include several feet to long distances
* This position requires the ability to drive an automobile
* Must be 21 years of age to comply with company auto insurance regulations.
