Full-time, Tuesday-Saturday:
JOB SUMMARY::
The Assistant Director of Health Services (LPN) partners with the Director of Health Services to oversee the clinical department of our Assisted Living/Memory Care facility. This position will have a knowledge base of a geriatric population with complex medical needs and be able to provide support to the Health Services staff as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work closely with facility DHS RN to ensure resident care needs are met
* Knowledge of and ability to follow policies, procedures, and state regulations
* Provide hands-on nursing care during the course of the day when needed
* Evaluate the health conditions and needs of the residents upon move-in and when a change of condition indicates further evaluation and/or as directed by the Director of Health Services
* The Assistant Director of Health Services (LPN) will train, supervise, lead, and motivate their team
* Communicate with residents, staff, family members, etc. as needed
* Utilize standard precaution knowledge and infection control measures where required
* Accessible for guidance as needed by Health Services staff
* Other Duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
LPN License in the State of practice
