The Director of System Integration is a senior level IT role which reports to the Senior Director of Application Development and Analytics. The Director of System Integration will lead our database administration (DBA) department with complete responsibility to coach, mentor, monitor and control integrations. The Director will work closely with other IT departments and is responsible for data availability, data serialization, and data integration for the enterprise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in IT across multiple disciplines and must have a keen business acumen.
Successful candidate will reside in any of the established Merakey states (CA, DE, LA, MD, MI, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA).

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in IT with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced high demand environment.
Additional Job Duties and Requirements:
Work directly with analytics, application development, clinical systems, PMO, Net Ops and end user support teams ensuring all systems are working together seamlessly.
Database management (DBMS) is a key responsibility of the role, inclusive of back-up's, upgrades, installs and maintenance.
Oversight and control of all integration services such as SSIS, stored procedures and other ETL packages/platforms.
Responsible for change management process with mitigation and back-out plan strategies across all environments.
As a key player in IT, the candidate must be accomplished in C++ and can implement/integrate with frameworks such as API, REST API, JSON, XML, web Services, ODBC.
Expert in data serialization and persisting data both on premise and in the cloud.
Experience in architecting and implementing best-in-breed ETL tools and processes for the enterprise.
Lead and guide solutions for business and technology integrations with internally built ASP.net core app in Azure, Vendor supported software, Payor supported software, Payroll interfaces, and database integrations. .
Develop and maintain plans, schedules, and budgets by working closely with the IT PMO for project execution and delivery.
Experience and on-the-job experience working with a wide array of types of databases and storage; (a) MS SQL (primary) (b) InterSystems cache (primary) (c) No SQL (d) hierarchal (e) Cloud (AWS and Azure) (f) Blob storage
Manage project risks and issues and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
