Everest Recruiting is currently hiring for an Account Manager located in Bedford Park, IL. This is a temp to hire opportunity paying $55-60k.
Job Duties:
Complete service requirements & requests from clients and sales representatives.
Support assigned customer accounts and provide clients daily project updates
Process job estimates, enter orders based upon programming & production specifications, shipping releases, and order invoicing.
Maintain orders with accurate information and up-to-date schedules within client account files and in-house CRM software.
Recognize and resolve potential issues that may arise between customer schedule and production requirements and keep sales personnel and the client informed of issues and project status.
Create work orders and ensure the correct materials & postage funds are available by the required due date.
Communicate with customers and sales representatives, provide daily status updates for each project
Managing account inventory and timely inventory releases.
Follow all plant safety, sanitation and quality procedures.
Any other appropriate work assignments as required.
