*House Supervisor RN*
*Horizon Health*, in partnership with Good Hope Hospital, in *Erwin, NC*, is seeking at our 16-bed adult inpatient psychiatric program a full time *House Supervisor RN *Night shifts.
The *House Supervisor* will be responsible for staff, management, and coordination of nursing service activities for the scheduled working shift in accordance with established philosophy, objectives, and policies of the hospital to ensure safe, efficient, and therapeutic patient care. He or she will relate effectively with other shifts for continuity of care and in the absence of the Director of Nursing Service will take charge.
