Monday-Friday / Full- Time Hourly Non-Exempt / On-call as Needed
General Expectations
* Regular, reliable, and predictable on-site attendance.

* Accommodate needs for staffing shortages and open positions.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist appropriate departments for resolution of account payables, repair and warranty issues, training of staff on equipment, and assistance with bid proposals.
* Responsible to keep credit hours that are appropriate to renew licensure every other year.
* In house shipping of supplies.
* Inventory management for resupply program in house
* Cycle counts.
* Handle calls regarding service and repair across company.
* Performs in home assessments on required patients accurately to ensure “in the home” use.
* Delivers and trains patients and/or caregivers on usage of equipment.
* Troubleshoots problems and initiates corrective action.
* Delivers equipment as required in accordance with industry standards and applicable governmental regulations including U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines.
* Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Educate patients in proper use and care of applicable equipment in a home setting.
* Ensure all appropriate delivery paperwork completed accurately.
* Document all information necessary to ensure reimbursement for all appropriate equipment, products, and services.
* Assume on-call responsibilities during non-business hours.
* Assist with inventory management including year-end inventory reporting.
* Responsible for receiving all purchase orders.
* All other duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications include:
* Experience in home medical equipment field.
* Courses pertaining to rehab.
* Knowledge of all major insurance carrier reimbursement guidelines and eligibility for coverage by third party payers.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
* Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as deemed necessary.
* Must carry personal liability car insurance with a minimum limit of $100,000.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Positive influence on all employees.
* Able to manage multiple priorities and close the loop when interrupted.
* Courteous customer service, internally and externally.
* Must love helping people, both internally and externally.
* Able to demonstrate a high degree of passion and energy whilst maintaining a positive outlook.
* Must be able to pass required background checks and drug screenings.
* Must have a valid driver’s license with Class F endorsement and proof of clean driving record.
Physical requirements
While performing the duties of this position, employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time and must talk and hear. Occasional stooping, bending, twisting, and crouching may be required. The employee sits, walks, kneels, and reaches with hands and arms. Must be able to occasionally lift/move up to 300 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. This position requires the ability to drive an automobile. Must be 21 years of age to comply with company auto insurance regulations.
