Responsibilities:
A day in the life:
Understand our services and clearly communicate the Golden Steps difference to families seeking care.
Quickly establish a relationship with inquiring families by phone, email, chat, and/or text to provide excellent service with the goal of getting every child enrolled in our treatment within 30 days from the start of the intake process.
Support in verifying all required documents and demographic information (client details, insurance coverage, autism diagnosis, physician referral for assessment and ongoing ABA therapy, etc.)
Supports in verifying diagnosis requirements. Following up with providers and/or client when information is missing.
Advocate the benefits of maximizing prescribed hours for optimal service and utilization.
Accelerate access to therapy by confirming that clients have received a professional evaluation and referral for ABA services.
Fully document all information from potential clients, doctor’s office, and insurance companies in appropriate system (CRM and Central Reach, among others) to track the intake process in conjunction with daily/weekly audits.
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA and company standards.
Transition ongoing management of case to internal resources.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring:
2 years of excellent customer service experience.
Social Intelligence - recognizing and comprehending the reactions of others and understanding the reasons behind their responses.
Open to consistent coaching and feedback – actively being part of a team striving for perfection.
Active Listening - dedicating full attention to others' statements, carefully comprehending the points made, asking relevant questions, and refraining from interrupting at inappropriate moments.
