Catholic Charities Maine Behavioral Health Network in Fairfield has a Full-Time opportunity for an Adult Clinical Supervisor. The Behavioral Health Network (BHN) Clinical Supervisor is the professional person responsible for providing group and individual clinical supervision/training, documentation, and record review for BHN staff and/or interns within the Behavioral Health Home (BHH) and Community Integration (CI) programs. This position is part of a leadership team responsible for ensuring that services provided are high quality, clinically responsive, and offer best practice.
Clinical support/supervision will be provided, as well as training opportunities. At Catholic Charities Maine, professional/educational growth is encouraged.
Benefits Include:
$10,000 Recruitment/Retention Bonus: $3,300.00 at completion of orientation, $3,300 at 6 months, and $3,400 after one year in good professional job standing.

Qualifications:
A minimum of a master’s degree and licensed as a LCSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC or LCPC-c
2 Years related work experience
Supervisory experience preferred, willing to train
