Pay: (Licensed) $75,000 - $85,000 Per Year
(Associate) $60,000 - $65,000 Per Year
Full-time onsite position M-F
Embark Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Therapist to help us drive adolescent anxiety, depression, and suicide rates to all-time lows at our Residential program in Greeley, CO. Responsibilities:
You bring
Experience as a therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions
A passion for counseling teens and young adults struggling with mental health issues
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practices
Ability to incorporate clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes
Flexibility to support the different levels of our clients behavioral health care needs

Qualifications:
You have
Active License in the state of CO (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) Associate licensure will be considered
Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
Experience in using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities (preferred)
Willingness to consent to background check
