Home Health Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities:
The Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for providing skilled rehabilitation services to homebound patients in accordance with the Plan of Treatment. The SLP evaluates, plans and administers speech therapy modalities/regimens to clients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative speech therapy as prescribed by a physician.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology
Current SLP licensure, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the state of Georgia
