We are in search of *Full Time Registered Nurses* to join our team of exceptional caregivers. The position is responsible for supervising, providing and coordinating nursing care in compliance with facility and regulatory policies and procedures and to assess residents’ care needs and take appropriate action to ensure that the residents can reach their fullest potential.

*Salary:*
* Registered Nurse: $41.20 - $50.00based on Years of Experience as an RN and LPN
* Sign on Bonus: $5,000 for full-time commitment!
* Including $3.20/hour MI pass through from 10.01.23- 09.30.24
* 12 hour shifts available

*Essential Functions of the position include, but are not limited to:*
* Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement policies & procedures.
* Supervise and Lead all direct resident care.
* Comply with federal, state and local regulations.
* Administer and document direct resident care, medications, and treatments per physician’s orders and accurately record all care provided.
* Assess residents and develop and implement comprehensive care plans based on individual needs.
* Work cooperatively with residents, nursing staff, physicians, families, consultant personnel, community agencies, and ancillary service providers to ensure residents receive the appropriate care.
*Qualified candidates will have:*
* An unencumbered Registered Nurse License
* Ability to work in a Long-Term Care facility.
* The ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
* Professional interpersonal skills
