Licensed Clinical Therapist - LICSW, LMHC or LMFT

Family Counseling Associates realizes that our exceptional staff strengthens our practice. We are currently seeking a full-time and part-time licensed clinical therapist for our brand-new Marlborough, Massachusetts, location.
Clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week if full-time. Additional days on-site are required.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $70,900 to $106,400 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
Clear and active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensed in Massachusetts.
Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
Experience with health psychology.
Experience working with children or adolescents.
Experience with couples or family counseling.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.

Beneficial Skills and Experience:
Two years of clinical experience.
A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth
Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues
Solid computer and basic technology skills are needed.
