This is a 40 hour per week position. EOE
Work hours are somewhere between 7 am and 5:30 pm dependent on the position and patient needs. Some positions may work on a Saturday rotation with hours between 7 am and 12 pm.
This position may require traveling to all of our locations.
Responsibilities:
To perform an extensive number of data collection functions as delegated by the physician to allow for proper professional diagnosis of patients and to do so in a way that instills patient confidence in the treatment. Demonstrate ophthalmic technician skills.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Essential Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the eye, optics, testing techniques, utilization of equipment relative to position.
