Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors, masters or clinical doctoral degree as an occupational therapist.
Licensure by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in a variety of settings including senior communities, home health agencies and outpatient at home services.
Supervise and direct the treatment activities of certified occupational therapy assistants.
Collaborative approach between disciplines and caregivers to address individualized goals.
Provide individual treatments in a time efficient and organized fashion to capture documentation and billing of session within guidelines to maximize both patient success and reimbursement.
