Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited school with at least a bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Willingness to serve as a supervisor for a physical therapist assistant.
Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment to patients across the campus and supervise PTAs as assigned.
Collaborative approach between disciplines and caregivers to address individualized goals.
Provide individual evaluations and treatments in a time efficient and organized fashion to capture documentation and billing of session within guidelines to maximize both patient success and reimbursement.
