*Skills*

*Responsibilities:*
* Make cold calls to sales leads or take calls from prospective customers and set appointments to assist the sales team in managing the sales funnel.
* Provide current sales trend information, analysis, and insights to support driving and developing the team's customer plan for specific account(s).
* Analyze and utilize data from multiple sources (ConstructConnect, Deltec SpecPoint, customer feedback, etc.) to develop solid, actionable recommendations that address specific sales goals/objectives.
* Maintain a deep understanding of product trends by customer, based on the analysis from sales tools and market analysis.
* Demonstrate ability to create fact-based presentations to translate sales data to achieve objectives that align with customer strategy.
* Proactively plan meetings with sales team partners to share key learnings and advise on best practices.
* Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to marketing and sales activities.
* Forecast sales trends to predict future sales performance based on historical data and other factors.
* Create reports and visualizations to help communicate insights to stakeholders across the organization.
* Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy, and cleaning data as needed.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and accounting to ensure that insights and recommendations are aligned with business goals and objectives.
* Stay up to date on the latest data analysis techniques, tools, and technologies, and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
* Ecommerce support as directed.
* Support Marketing Coordinator as needed.
*Additional Responsibilities*
* Assist marketing communications in coordinating the message, design, promotional materials, and logistics of industry trade shows as needed.
* Be knowledgeable in the architectural panel wall system industry, Technoform’s products, our markets, the supply chains that we sell into, competition, and Technoform’s unique value proposition. Participate in education opportunities, attending seminars and reading trade publications.
* Work with the supply chain team to make production or inventory run smoothly.
*Education:*
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant field of study
*Experience:*
* 2-4 years’ experience in a data analysis role
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
* Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate data insights.
* Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
* Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts and metrics
