Education: Graduate of an accredited college of Pharmacy, Pharm. D is preferred.
Licenses & Certifications
* Completion of ASHP accredited residency is preferred.
* BPS certification is preferred.
* Healthcare CPR required.
* Current Licensed Pharmacist by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
