Signet Health is currently seeking RNs for full-time positions at our program in Tiffin OH.
Come work with a great team! Nurses are highly valued members of our multidisciplinary teams! Signet Health is the manager of behavioral health and psychiatry services for VOA Sojourn at Seneca and we have Registered Nurse openings for full-time, part-time, or PRN positions.
We are offering a generous $5,000.00 sign-on bonus for full-time positions. Only full-time positions are eligible for benefits.
This person will perform patient evaluations; including monitoring and tracking of vital signs, triage of medical crises and supervision of administering oral medications.

Requirements/Qualifications:
Must be a graduate from a State Accredited School of Nursing.
BSN, RN or LPN with current unencumbered Ohio licensure.
Certified in Psychiatric Nursing preferred.
Minimum 2 years of related experience required.

In collaboration with each patient's physician, our team of health care professionals designs an individual treatment program to address emotional and psychological health, as well as any outstanding physical and medical issues a patient is experiencing. Sojourn at Seneca's behavioral health program is specially designed to meet older adults' therapeutic needs, while offering a comfortable and welcoming environment during treatment.
