NOW HIRING A PART TIME or FULL TIME PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our rapidly growing team. You will be delivering outpatient and home care therapy services to clients in Shoreview and surrounding communities.

Qualification & Skills
Must hold valid MN PT license
Previous home health and/or outpatient experience strongly preferred
Able to travel to the Shoreview and surrounding areas to provide care to patients
CPR/BLS Certification
