DDJ Myers, an ALM First Company, is a boutique executive search firm specializing in the
financial industry. We are seeking an exceptional Executive Search Coordinator to take charge of all administrative aspects of our high-profile, executive-level searches from inception to completion.
The executive search coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple recruitment
searches simultaneously, including scheduling interviews, drafting reports, taking notes,
organizing Google Drive files, overseeing background checks and assessment results, and
managing executive correspondence.
The executive search coordinator will have the chance to learn about the credit union and
financial industries and hone skills in executive recruitment, all while being supported by our collaborative team every step of the way.
*Responsibilities*
• Scheduling and working through complex calendars to schedule meetings
• Create and maintain project milestones and timelines for every project through
completion
• Collaborate with clients to understand the target audience(s) we are seeking to recruit
• Write and review the candidate screening questions
• Contact candidates to request information, documents and schedule interviews
• Manage candidate expectations on time investment and all pertinent project details
• Manage candidate expenses and submit expense reports
• Manage client expectations through proactive communication and planning to ensure
team alignment
• Manage the ATS and create client/candidate folders on Google Drive
• Ensure all non-disclosures and consent forms are signed by candidates
• Track candidates in each stage of the search process
• Ensure timely delivery to all stakeholders
• Collaborate and support other team members on projects, tasks, or timelines
• Provide relevant insights on processes and tools to other team members and/or clients
*Qualifications*
• Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong project management skill
• Tech-savvy
• Proficiency in Google Workspace is preferred
• 3+ years of recruitment coordination experience
• BS/BA is preferred but not required.
• Candidates in the Phoenix, AZ, area are preferred.
*Compensation:* $50,000-$80,000, depending on experience
