Supervisory Responsibilities: Coordinate services with other Fernbrook employees who share caseloads.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Flexibility hours between 7:00am – 7:00pm.
Travel to various locations required.
Working remote consists of telehealth sessions (if available), completing required paperwork, and attending staff meetings.
Salary staff are expected to work 40-43 hours per week.
Hourly staff are able to work up to 40 hours per week, with overtime approval required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide psychotherapy and/or skills services to children, adults, and families.
Conduct diagnostic assessments.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with external providers.
Seek supervisory support as needed.
Attend trainings for skill enhancement.
Participate in staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions.
Complete continuing education requirements.
Uphold Fernbrook mission and policies.
Meet productivity standards.
Perform other assigned duties.

Education and Experience
Master’s Degree or a current student in a relevant field who qualify for one of the following license types: LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, car insurance for community-based roles.
Pass criminal background check based on agency and Department of Human Services requirements.
Preferred Education and Experience
Experience working with diverse client populations.
Bilingual proficiency.
