The Staff Nurse (R.N.) is a registered professional nurse who assesses, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.
Document patient information and nursing care in the provision of nursing services.
Document and reassess any significant changes in the patient's condition in compliance with
facility policy.
Report any signs or symptoms of infection in patients to the Infection Control Nurse.
Verify the accuracy of patient records.
Formulate and prioritize a plan of care based on patient assessment and according to policy.
Participate in the development of an interdisciplinary treatment plan with specific and
measurable goals, objectives and interventions defining actions unique to each patient's needs.
Update and revise the plan as goals/objectives are met or when the patient's condition changes
Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's
Degree preferred.
Experience: A minimum of three years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
Licensure: Currently licensed to practice in the state of Washington as an RN.
Additional Requirements: Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications. CPR certification and successful completion of crisis intervention training including restraint and seclusion policies, within 10 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures. Mental Health Professional acknowledgement from DBHR when eligible.

Compensation:
This is a full time role and the expected compensation range is $40-$55. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Night Shift RN!
