The Jamestown Family Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and experienced *Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW)* to join our growing Behavioral Health team.

* Collaborate with primary care providers to deliver comprehensive mental healthcare to individuals, couples, and families across all age groups, with a focus on older adults.
* Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy for a variety of mental health conditions.
* Utilize non-pharmacological and complementary approaches to support patient well-being.
* Partner with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
* Participate in outreach activities to promote mental health awareness in the community.

*Qualifications:*
* Master's degree in social work and 3+ years of experience.
* Valid Washington state professional license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
* Experience in individual, couples, and family therapy.
* Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Commitment to cultural competency and working with diverse populations.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Knowledge of Indian culture and communities.
* Experience working in a primary care setting.

Pay: $64,494.00 - $90,292.00 per year
