Oxford Consulting Services is currently hiring for part time Physical Therapists (PT) to provide in home/ group home Physical Therapy services for adults with Disabilities through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We currently have cases available throughout New Jersey!

Job Description:
Provide Physical Therapy services to individuals aged 21 and above in Group homes, Nursing homes, and Private residences
Address client’s progress and engagement in occupations that affect client’s health, well-being and living quality
Determine and implement the client’s treatment methodology, as well as guidance in interventions
Perform therapeutic services to clients with autism spectrum disorder and sensory needs.
Educate clients on better practices of approaching tasks and provide mentorship on how to work towards small goals.
Provide proper care and instruction to family members and caregivers
Oversight, data collection and correction on client progress towards long- and short-term treatment markers
Maintain confidentiality of information regarding clients and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations)
Position Requirements:
Active Physical Therapy License
MS degree or greater in Physical Therapy
2 years working experience as a Physical Therapist
Experience working with Adults and Geriatrics
Excellent organizational skills and great attention to details
Candidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping clients achieve their true potential
Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills
Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
